Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer service associate activities within the BPO Operations division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and team performance
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance culture
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in bpo operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
