Welcome to 24atwork. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 24atwork website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

• “User,” “you,” — any individual or entity accessing or using our Services
• “Job Seeker” — a User searching for employment opportunities
• “Employer” — a company or organization using our Services to find and hire candidates
• “Content” — any text, files, images, resumes, job listings, or other materials submitted or displayed through the Services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@24atwork.in if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, or job listings
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
• Use the Services for any purpose other than lawful employment and recruitment activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Scrape, copy, or distribute content from the Services without authorization
• Use any automated means (bots, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services

5. Job Listings & Applications

24atwork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not involved in the actual employment relationship between Job Seekers and Employers. We do not guarantee that applications will result in interviews, job offers, or placements. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The 24atwork name, logo, website design, platform interface, and all related content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of 24atwork and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

By submitting Content (such as resumes, profiles, or job listings), you grant 24atwork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that Content for the purpose of providing our Services. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all Content you provide, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

8. Fees & Payments

Services for Job Seekers are currently free. Employer services may be subject to fees as agreed in a separate service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement. 24atwork reserves the right to introduce or modify fees with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24atwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 24atwork, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (to registered users) and/or a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
